UK MAINLAND SHIPPING SERVICE
REVIVE offers free shipping on orders over £50 to England and Wales. Postage rates for other UK areas and Europe can vary from time to time so please contact us for a price.

We do not deliver to North America and by exception/on request to countries not listed in our checkout menu.
We try to pick and pack all orders the same day as the order for shipping the following day.
Orders placed on a Friday, will be shipped on the next working day which is the following Monday (excluding National holidays, in which case it will be the next working day). For orders placed on a non working day (Saturday or Sunday) please add 1 working day to your shipping date.
On the day of dispatch, you'll receive an email and/or text message confirming your tracking details and expected delivery day. On the day of delivery, you'll receive an email and/or text message letting you know that delivery is due that day. You can also re-organise the delivery date so it’s convenient for you.

On the day of delivery, you'll receive an email and/or text message letting you know that they will attempt to deliver your parcel, you can also request an email and/or text message to let you know when your delivery is the driver's next stop. You can also re-organise the delivery date so it’s convenient for you.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a purchase refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive a returned item.
