Ordering and Payment
Buying REVIVE car care products is easy and convenient. Orders can be placed online for delivery to the UK, and European destinations. Orders are processed in one of the following currencies: UK pounds, Euros, Swiss francs, Norwegian kroner, Swedish kronor, Danish kroner. The currency is based on the delivery address.
REVIVE offers free shipping on orders over £50 to England and Wales. Postage rates for other UK areas and Europe are published in detail on the site and can vary from time to time. We do not deliver to North America or to countries not listed in our checkout menu.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be totally satisfied with your REVIVE products. REVIVE offers a 14-day returns policy for products bought on the REVIVE website.
Revive Returns Policy
Making a return is easy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it to us via courier (signed delivery service) within 14 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange.
Returns are only accepted online for products purchased directly from nowrevive.co.uk. If purchased from a reseller then goods should be returned to where you purchased the goods in line with their policies.
If on receipt of your product, you are uncertain about your purchase please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it.
All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unopened and with as new packaging. In the case of clothing and apparel, the good must be returned unwashed and unworn.
When returning items to REVIVE, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.
Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser or a credit note can be provided to the gift recipient. Gift exchanges will show on the order history of the original purchaser.
All gift cards are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE
If the customer is unable to take delivery of the parcel, Revive reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us. Any courier returned items will be credited to your account with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us. You can of course re-place the order to have the item reshipped. We will not hold any responsibility where the customer has incorrectly input address or contact details on their order, which causes a subsequent delivery problem or error.
The collection and storage of personal information submitted to REVIVE is governed by the UK Data Protection Act (2003). This means your details will not be divulged to third parties and we will not send you promotional information, by e-mail or post, unless you agree to it. Under the Data Protection Act, you retain the right to access and modify any data about you held by REVIVE. When you visit the nowrevive.co.uk website, or when you register your details or purchase from nowrevive.co.uk, you agree to be governed by REVIVE's terms and conditions.
